Emecole Metro 455 Fast-Low Odor Surface Seal is specially formulated for odor sensitive environments. Its fast cure time of 8 to 15 minutes makes it the fastest curing surface seal option for repairing foundation wall cracks. With its fast cure time, the use of this surface seal is ideal for short cracks, less than five feet, in addition to repairing pipe penetrations. It cures to a very hard solid that will not remove from walls without chipping or grinding.
