Return & Refund Policy - All items can be returned for a full refund if returned to Grate Products, LLC 25 Sanford Road, Westport, MA 02790 within 30 days. Prior to any return you must call sender for a RMA number. Returned items must be in re- saleable condition in original packaging. All returns for credit must be received within 30 days of purchase. There may be a restocking fee of 20% for return of non-defective merchandise. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable on returns.
Warranty - Grate Products are waranted to be free from defects in workmanship and material for a period of one year from the date of purchase by the original buyer and any products which are defective in workmanship or material will be repaired or replaced at the option of Grate Products, LLC, at no charge to the buyer. The obligation of the seller Grate Products, LLC hereunder shall be limited solely to repair or replacement of products that fall within the foregoing limitations, and shall be conditioned upon receipt of written notice of any alleged defects or deficiency promptly after discovery and within the one year warranty period. The warranty contained herein shall not apply to any product that has been damaged or has been altered in any way or which has been subjected to misuse, negligence or accident. Grate Products, LLC MAKES NO WARRANTY AS TO FITNESS OF IT'S PRODUCTS FOR SPECIFIC APPLICATIONS BY THE BUYER NOR AS TO PERIOD OF SERVICE UNLESS GRATE PRODUCTS SPECIFICALLY AGREES OTHERWISE IN WRITING AFTER THE PROPOSED USAGE HAS BEEN MADE KNOWN TO IT. THE FOREGOING WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY - GRATE PRODUCTS, LLC, SHALL IN NO EVENT BE LIABLE FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES.

Basement Depot Return and Refund Policy
1. Returns
At Basement Depot, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

3. Epoxy Product Returns
We understand that epoxy products require special handling and care. Therefore, the following conditions apply specifically to the return of epoxy products:
- Epoxy products must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase must be provided.

- Due to the nature of epoxy products, we cannot accept returns of partially used or mixed products.
